Smoked salmon & scrambled egg on rye bread

- 2 egg
- 1 slices of Smoked salmon
- 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 slices Rye bread
Put coconut oil in a pan and chop salmon into small pieces.
Put Rye bread in toaster.
Add egg to pan and scramble once cooked combine with salmon and add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with you rye bread.
