Smoked Salmon & Scrambled Egg On Toast
Smoked salmon & scrambled egg on rye bread
- 2 egg
- 1 slices of Smoked salmon
- 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 slices Rye bread
- Put coconut oil in a pan and chop salmon into small pieces.
- Put Rye bread in toaster.
- Add egg to pan and scramble once cooked combine with salmon and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with you rye bread.
